Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2 not downloading. The "Checking for updates" process from setup.exe in the ISO is taking an extremely long time for some reason. After several hours, it's only up to 23%. It's not even downloading any updates yet - just checking for them. It's using almost no bandwidth.
